Summer is coming to a close and we are so excited for this coming year at MOMSnext. As moms of elementary, middle school and high school students we know that you are very busy and we are so excited to be on this journey with you as you tackle the ups and downs of motherhood during these important phases of your children's lives. We will be posting a more detailed look at our calendar very shortly, but we chose topics that will be covered over a series of meetings, allowing for in-depth discussion and personal growth. And more specifically these meetings and discussions will focus on time management, parenting, marriage and more. Stay tuned for more details coming in the next week or so.
Our first meeting is less than a month away on Friday, September 15th at 9:15am. We look forward to seeing you there!
If you haven’t already done so, please make sure you register before our first meeting. You'll need to register at MOPS International and enter the code "D16B" to be in our MOMSnext group for the 2017-2018 year. Our local chapter materials fee is $30/year (in addition to the $31.95 MOPS International fee that you will pay online when you register) to cover all the materials needed for our meetings. You can pay the local chapter fees at your first meeting. Childcare is also available for a fee, but space is limited. If you have any questions about childcare or registration, please email us at register4momsnext@vccmops.org.
Even though raising children doesn’t come with instructions, we don’t have to go through the journey of motherhood alone.
